Problem Orders
We take customer satisafaction very seriously. The easiest way for us to help you
with a problem is to be e-mailed at info@med-plus.net. Explain in detail what the
problem is and we will take every measure to rectify the situation.
PLACING ORDERS:
Orders can be placed by any of the following methods: on our website, by phone,
fax, email or mail.
BUYING QUANTITY:
There is no minimum quantity for orders; we accept orders of all sizes and
quantities. You can contact us by phone or e-mail to receive special pricing for
large and bulk orders.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and
Discover issued by US financial institutions.
- Paypal
- Purchase orders. After completing your order online you must fax a purchase
order from your company along with your trade references to 732-512-1232. Your
order will not process until your company has been approved by our credit
department. We do not offer free shipping on purchase orders. W-9 Forms can be
emailed to you at your request.
- Checks or money orders. However, orders will not ship until we are in receipt
of payment.
- Wire transfers. There is an additional $20 wire transfer fee charged by the
banking institution. No refunds will be granted.
- C.O.D. orders are subject to a $7.50 UPS service charge. A credit card must
be provided so we are guaranteed that it is a legitimate purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
UNITED STATES:
We ship via UPS and FedEx for most US shipments. Shipping & Handling rates vary
per zip code in the US. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from when you
place your order using your selected shipping method. Some items need assembling
and may require additional time to ship. You will be contacted within 24 hours in
the event of a backordered item. We ship via the United States Postal Service for
shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some shipments that contain small
items may be shipped via the USPS.
Next Day Saturday delivery is not available but will be delivered on Monday if
order is placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on Friday. Please call
our office beforehand to confirm availability. For orders placed on business days
before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, every attempt will be made to ship the
same day. Please click here to view a map with estimated UPS ground transit
times. Please note that transit times do not include Weekends.
Please make sure that you provide a correct address or you will incur the
$5.00 address correction charge from UPS for ground shipments and $10 for
expedited shipments.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
UPS automatically protects every shipment against loss or damage up to a value of
US $100.00. By adding our shipping insurance option, you can request additional
protection up to US$50,000.00 per package. We will not hold any responsibility
for lost packages if you do not select this option and UPS loses or damages your
package.
INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:
International shoppers are welcome to place orders on our site. Currently, the
only payment methods available are Paypal and wire transfers. We do not accept
credit cards that are issued by international financial institutions.
Shipping charges for international orders can be calculated on our website and
you may select UPS or the US Postal Service as your shipping carrier. We strongly
recommend UPS as it is more secure and provides a tracking number. UPS will
charge additional taxes and duty fees upon delivery which you will be held
responsible for. Orders shipped via the US Postal Service are picked up once a
week. They are occasionally delayed at Customs and they are more likely to get
lost in transit. If your package was insured, we cannot make a claim until 45
days have passed from the ship date. If a claim needs to be filed, orders will
not be resent until the claim has been approved. Although we aim to insure all
international shipments, we cannot insure shipments to certain countries. In the
event that your package gets lost in transit, we will try our best to work it to
your satisfaction. However, we will not take any responsibility for lost packages
that are not insured or approved by our insurance and you will be responsible to
place a new order. No refunds will be granted if your order gets lost and/or your
insurance claim is denied.
If a claim needs to be filed, orders will not be resent until the claim has
been approved. Although we aim to insure all international shipments, we cannot

Orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process. The customer is
responsible for all tax, custom charges and wire transfer fees. If you refuse the
package at customs or you fail to pick up your shipment from the post office and
it is returned to us, you will not be refunded for shipping and you will be

BACKORDERS:
Backordered items will ship separately as soon as the item becomes available. The
backordered item will ship at no extra cost.
RETURN POLICY
Please notify Med-Plus within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if your
order arrived damaged. Defective or damaged items may be repaired or exchanged at
our discretion for the same or manufacturers equivalent model only. MedPlus will
send a UPS Call Tag to pick up the defective product. Upon receipt of the
returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and send you a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. Misuse or misapplication of
items is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied. If
your product is malfunctioning you must contact us within 15 days of delivery.
After this time MedPlus is no longer responsible, and the customer will need to
contact the manufacturer directly.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Within 25 days of receiving your order, you may return or exchange most items for
a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee.
To avoid the restocking fee:
a - You may return the product for a store credit towards a future purchase of
equal or greater value. Shipping charges do not qualify as a credit. This
exception does not apply to items, read more below.
b - You may exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. You
will be responsible for all shipping fees involved.
- To exchange a product, please order the replacement product(s) and return the
original(s) in unused condition. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange,
we will ship out the replacement product.
- To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original
condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation,
warranty cards, manuals, all accessories and must be suitable for immediate
resale. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We
are unable to accept returns if packaging is opened, not in its original
condition, is damaged or returned more than 25 days after delivery.
- Regrettably, we do not refund original shipping & handling charges unless an
error occurred on our part when shipping your order. If your return is the result
of our error MedexSupply will cover the shipping charges for your returned
product.
- We do not accept returns subtotaling less than $30.
- If we shipped your package and it was returned to us, your shipping charges
will not be refunded and you will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- If you return an item that was eligible for the free shipping promotion, you
will incur the original shipping charge.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, MedPlus reserves the right to
refuse the return or exchange.
- Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your return once we receive
it.
- Please note that it may take up to 14 days to complete the entire
return/refund process.
Absolutely No Returns will be accepted on the following items:
- Custom made products (Namely: UMF products, Columbia sinks products, exam
room flags, exam tables, and any product with a color choice selection. This also
includes products that are ordered in very large quantities.)
- BCI products (exchanges only)
- Special order products
- Please note that it may take up to 14 days to complete the entire
return/refund process.
- Items received as gifts are for exchange only.
- Due to the overwhelming amount of orders needed for the Swine Flu, Med Plus
Inc. will not be accepting any returns on masks.
CANCELLING ORDERS:
Cancelled orders containing items that have been ordered in to our warehouse from
the manufacturer or vendor or have already been shipped will be subject to our
standard return policy. Cancelled orders that have not been shipped may also be
subject to restocking fees. |
